Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lg. whole chicken breasts
4 thin slices fully cooked smoked ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Remove bones and skin from breasts; cut breasts into halves. Place chicken between 2 pieces plastic wrap.
Pound with mallet until 1/4 inch thick.
Place 1 slice each ham and cheese on each piece chicken.
Roll up carefully, beginning at narrow end; secure with wooden picks.
Mix flour, salt, & pepper; coat rolls with flour mixture.
Dip into egg, roll in bread crumbs.
