Cabbage And Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 can kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes or tomato juice
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown beef.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add parsley when almost done cooking.
