Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. diced pimento
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper
finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, blending well. Stir in
remaining
ingredients, except pecans.
Shape into a ball
and roll in pecans.
Chill.
Serve at room temperature. Yield: about 3 cups.
