Oriental Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. flank steak
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large green bell pepper, sliced
    1 large red bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak cross-grain into very thin slices.
    Heat 10-inch browning dish in microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Add 3 tablespoons oil, bell peppers and onion; mix well.
    Microwave, covered with glass lid, on High for 3 minutes, stirring once. Remove vegetables from browning dish; set aside.
    Add 2 tablespoons oil and steak to browning dish; stir to coat well.
    Arrange in even layer in browning dish.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Add mixture of soy sauce, water, cornstarch, ginger and pepper sauce; mix well. Add vegetables.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 2 minutes, stirring once.
    Serve over fluffy rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
