Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    12 slices bread
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, melt margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Place bread (double layer) on top of first 3 ingredients.
    Beat together eggs; add milk and beat again.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut and invert on plates to serve.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
