Sweet And Sour Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (15 oz.) cans Luck's black-eyed peas, drained
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 pineapple slices
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine black-eyed peas, molasses, vinegar, mustard and garlic powder.
    Pour mixture into a shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Top with pineapple slices.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
