Flatbrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white flour
    2 c. all-bran
    3/4 c. lard or shortening
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and let cool.
    Roll out and bake on griddle, just to brown.
    Put on cookie sheet in a 250\u00b0 oven until crisp.
    Break into pieces and butter.
