Ship Wreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 bay leaves
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    4 large carrots, sliced
    3 or 4 medium potatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Fry beef and onion in frying pan; add thyme and bay leaves. While that is cooking, clean vegetables.
    Arrange in small roasting pan in layers: layer of celery, then carrots, then kidney beans and then a layer of sliced potatoes.
    Put beef mixture on top of potatoes.
    Next, spread an undiluted can of tomato soup over beef.
    Fill soup can 1/2 full of water and add.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until carrots and potatoes are done.
