Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed, cold, boiled potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 to 1 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped pickles or relish
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash
2 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped (no yolks)
1 c. no fat, no cholesterol salad dressing
Preparation

Mix, chill and serve cold.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Yields 8 servings.
