Tropical Delight Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
    1 c. cold milk
    1 tub thawed Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. toasted coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Add pudding mix, pineapple with juice and milk.
    Beat on low until blended.
    Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip and spoon into glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Garnish with Cool Whip and coconut.
