Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. scalded sweet milk
    6 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    approximately 2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients in double boiler until thickened. Add eggs yolks (slightly beaten).
    Cook until thickened.
    Cool and add butter and vanilla. Add coconut.
