Rhubarb Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rhubarb, cut up or 1 pkg. frozen
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb, sugar and water 8 to 10 minutes.
    Add jello and dissolve.
    Stir in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Chill until partially set. Whip until fluffy.
    Fold in whipped cream or small Cool Whip. Chill.
