Cranberry Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh whole cranberries, washed
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
2 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. melted margarine or butter
Preparation

Grease pie pan well; sprinkle with cranberries, then sprinkle cranberries with sugar and nuts.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar gradually; mix well.
Add flour and melted butter; beat well. Pour over top of cranberries.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes to give macaroon flavor.
