Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Filling:
Scald the milk in top of double boiler.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt; mix in scalded milk.
Beat egg yolks with a fork.
Add some of the hot mixture a small amount at a time with egg yolks, then add to milk mixture.
