Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Beat egg; add all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in greased casserole; top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes until bubbly and crackers are browned.
