Geno'S Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. Boston butt
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
3 lb. lean ground beef
1 gal. whole tomatoes
1 gal. creamed corn
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 oz. Tabasco sauce
1/2 gal. catsup
3 c. chicken broth
salt to taste
Preparation

Bake Boston butt slow on low heat until done. Boil chicken in about 2 1/2 cups water. Save broth. Bone. Grind all meat and vegetables together with meat grinder (food processor can be used). Combine all other ingredients, except seasoning and bring to a boil. (Put ground beef in raw.) Cook on low heat until ground beef is done, stirring constantly. Cook in heavy stockpot to avoid sticking. Add seasoning.
