Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 ungreased 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Use your favorite cream cheese icing.
