Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (2 lb.)
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/4 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water for 20 to 25 minutes or until just tender. Drain well, peel and cube.
