Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks
    2 medium onions
    1 bell pepper
    2 large cans tomatoes
    1/4 c. Crisco oil (drain excess after browning)
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large pan, saute cut onions and bell pepper in oil.
    Flour steaks; cut into small strips and brown with onions and bell pepper.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Cook for 1 hour on medium-high heat.
    Keep a lid on the pan to keep in moisture.
