Beefy Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
5 c. tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
sour cream (optional)
1/4 c. diced green chiles (optional)
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives (optional)
chopped tomato (optional)
Preparation

In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef and onion. Drain.
Stir in steak sauce.
Arrange tortilla chips on large heatproof platter.
Spoon beef mixture over chips; sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 6-inches from heat source for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with sour cream, chiles, tomatoes and ripe olives, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
