Melina'S Southwest Skillet Supperserves 4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
    2 c. zucchini, cubed
    1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 tsp. cumin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender and most liquid has evaporated, about 3-4 minutes.
