Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. pears
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    8 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel, core and chop pears with food chopper.
    Add crushed pineapple and sugar.
    Gradually bring to a boil and cook until thick (about 25 to 30 minutes).
    Stir frequently to prevent burning.
    Place in jars and seal.
    Delicious on toast or between homemade biscuits.
