Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
butter (for frying)
Preparation

Blend together the flour, milk and salt.
Leave to stand for 15 minutes before using.
Mash the bananas, then add the egg and the sugar.
Blend until you have a smooth paste.
Mix together the banana mixture and batter; beat thoroughly, until all ingredients are blended.
