Reduced-Calorie Lemon-Garlic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
    3 oz. uncooked chicken cutlet, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    parsley, minced
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute first 2 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook, covered, for 15 minutes or until done.
