Mincemeat(To Can) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. meat, chopped
    1/2 c. apples, chopped
    2 c. raisins
    6 c. brown and white sugar, mixed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Boil any roast beef, or neck meat will do, until tender.
    Then grind.
    Put all in large container.
    Mix.
    Put into jars and cold pack 30 minutes.
