Rena'S Mincemeat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 small cans pumpkin
1 box dry mincemeat
2/3 c. water
1 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix white sugar, spices, soda and salt.
Add eggs, water and oil.
Mix together brown sugar and pumpkin.
Add to other ingredients.
Blend at low speed until mixed then on medium for 3 minutes.
Add mincemeat and nuts.
Spray inside of wide mouth pint jars with Pam and fill 1/2 full.
Do not put on lids.
Place jars in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
When done, seal immediately.
Makes 10 jars of bread.
This may also be baked in loaf pans for 50 to 60 minutes.
