Italian Orange Roughy(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy or fish of choice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (near 16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Marinate fish in a glass dish in lemon juice about 45 minutes, turning at least once.
    Drain lemon juice off fish.
    Place fish in glass baking dish.
    Mix tomatoes, seasoning, garlic and Butter Buds.
    Pour over fish.
    Sprinkle dill on top.
    Bake, covered, about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.
