Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
    1/2 melted butter
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini and onions in salt water for 5 minutes. Combine zucchini and onions with soup, sour cream and carrots. Then combine stuffing and butter together.
    Cover bottom of 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with one half of stuffing, then add zucchini mix and top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
