Oven Baked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound bulk hot sausage
1 medium red pepper, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation

In a skillet, crumble and cook until browned.
Drain.
Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
In same skillet, saute the vegetables.
Drain and layer over sausage.
Top with cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, garlic, salt and white pepper until frothy. Pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.
