Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; pour into flour mixture and stir enough to moisten flour.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups with batter.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes about 12 muffins.
