Shrimp In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen salad shrimp, thawed and thoroughly drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    5 green onions, chopped (the whole thing)
Preparation
    Saute celery, bell pepper and green onions in oleo.
    Melt Velveeta over low heat.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Stir in sauteed vegetables, shrimp and mushrooms.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 8 to 10.
