Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. salad oil
1 c. cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. white corn meal (self-rising)
2 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix together all except cheese.
Grease pan and heat very hot. Put in 1/2 the mixture.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese.
Add rest of mixture.
Cover with cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
