Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a rapid boil.
Sift together sugar and flour in a large bowl.
Pour boiling mixture over sugar/flour mixture.
Mix together buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla and add to mixture.
Pour batter into a floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
