Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bx. chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray.
Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to package. Pour on top of pecans with coconut.
Mix margarine, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonful on top of unbaked cake batter.
Bake 45 minutes to one hour until done in oven of 350\u00b0.
Cake will crack.
