Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. fresh whole kernel corn or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    2 c. cooked lima beans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
    Add corn, lima beans, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add cream and simmer gently, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
