Dumplings For Game Meat Stews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. sage
2 tsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together well.
In separate bowl blend together eggs, milk, oil, parsley and sage.
Mix all ingredients together by adding liquids to flour mixture until well blended.
Drop by tablespoons over top of simmering stew. Continue to simmer covered 20 minutes.
Remove cover and continue simmering an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through.
