7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation

In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, layer lettuce, onion, green pepper, celery and peas.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar and spread over the top of salad completely to the edges.
Sprinkle parmesan and bacon on top.
Seal air tight and store in the refrigerator overnight.
