Garlic-Spinach Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    6 to 8 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. white wine or champagne
    6 to 24 cloves garlic, peeled (whatever suits)
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Drain spinach very well.
    Place chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange 3/4 of the garlic around the chicken.
    Spread spinach evenly over top.
    Process soup, wine, remaining garlic and ginger until smooth.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
    Good with rice or noodles.
