Caramel Coffee Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/3 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. regular biscuits
Preparation
    Mix the water, brown sugar and butter; stir.
    Place in microwave on High for 1 minute.
    Take out and stir.
    Place biscuits in the topping.
    Place in microwave for 3 minutes on \"Defrost\" setting.
    Check them by poking them; when they bounce back, they are ready.
    Continue microwaving and checking until they are done.
    When they are ready, turn upside down on another plate.
    Serve and enjoy.
