Pam'S Broccoli Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
    Beat egg and add cooked broccoli and corn.
    Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add one handful of crackers, crushed with your hand.
