Shells And Spinach Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. medium shells, uncooked
    3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Toss with 2 1/2 cups sauce.
    Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    In 2 1/2-quart casserole, layer 1/2 shell mixture.
    Spread cheese filling over shells.
    Cover with remaining shells.
    Top with remaining 1 cup sauce.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
