Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. hot milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, blend dry ingredients.
Add 1 cup hot milk;
mix
well.
Blend
in egg yolks and add last cup of hot milk.
Cook
over
medium heat, stirring constantly until thick, about
5
minutes.
Add
butter and vanilla.
Pour into cool, baked pie crust.
Top with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
