Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 egg
    1 stick melted butter
    35 caramels
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Milnot
    chocolate chips
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, egg and melted butter.
    Set aside 1 cup.
    Spread rest on bottom of 11 x 14-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. In microwave melt the caramels, stick of butter and Milnot.
    (Has to be creamy and smooth.)
    Pour on top of crust from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, nuts and cake mix you set aside. Bake for 20 minutes.
    Let cool at least 2 hours so caramel sets up.
