Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, softened
chopped onion and chive
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly saute onion in oil; set aside to cool.
Combine other ingredients, then add sauteed onion (drained).
Chill and roll into balls.
Freeze now, or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Put butter on hands when rolling balls.
They are done when they stay together and bottoms are light brown.
