Shrimp Peri-Peri - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 garlic clove (more if you like)
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Peri-Peri or cayenne pepper
boiled shrimp
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Chop garlic and mix with salt. Combine with oil and lemon juice. Pour over shrimp and mix well. Add Peri-Peri or pepper. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
Arrange shrimp in shallow baking dish and pour melted butter over all.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes turning once.
