Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 egg, beaten
    18 crushed crackers
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain well. Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Combine broccoli, onion, corn and egg in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Combine crackers and margarine.
    Spoon over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown and set in center.
