Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. mushrooms (optional)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 to 1 c. milk
    1 c. carrots, diced
    biscuits
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and carrots in broth until tender.
    Brown mushrooms in melted margarine.
    Add flour and seasonings.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Mix chicken and parsley with sauce and heat until boiling.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange biscuits on top and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Bake leftover biscuits and serve with pie.
