Flat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 C graham flour
1/2 C shortening
1 C buttermilk
1 C hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 Tbsp baking powder
4 C white flour
1/4 C sugar
Preparation

Heat water and buttermilk together.
Add shortening and stir with dry ingredients to make a very stiff dough.
Roll dough as thinly as possible using whole wheat flour to flour the board for rolling.
