Bruce'S Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 bacon, cooked
    2 green onions
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven until done.
    Let cool.
    Cut potatoes into 3 equal parts and scoop out potatoes, leaving skin intact with a shallow layer of potato left in.
    Fry potato skins in oil until brown and crispy.
    Arrange skins on a cookie sheet and top with bacon, grated cheese, and green onions.
    Bake in oven only until cheese melts.
    Use sour cream for dipping.
