Chicken Breast Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 half breasts of chicken
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    flour, salt and pepper
    8 thin slices peeled orange
Preparation
    Brush chicken with melted butter, then dust lightly with flour, salt and pepper.
    Place skin side up in baking pan.
    Add 1/2 cup hot water. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 1 hour longer or until chicken is very tender.
    Place 1 slice of orange on each breast and serve at once with Orange Sauce.
